Waseley Hills Country Park is 150 acres of land owned and managed by Worcestershire County Council Countryside Service. There are rolling hills, with pastures and pockets of woodland and panoramic views across Worcestershire.

The name derived possibly from the word 'Waer' for sheep and 'ley' meaning field, but first part of the name could possibly come from 'weardsetl', meaning watchplace. There are four watchplaces forming a chain, these are the northern boundary of Hwicce, Wast Hills, Alvechurch, Wassell Grove, Hagley and Wassell Wood, Trimpley.

And remember, please treat the area with respect.
