Surrounded by pastures, the wood has easy access and a network of public footpaths. The wood has been maintained by the Woodland Trust since 1981.

You will find most captures are easy, while others are a little harder, if not, harder, especially my first two Mystery Munzee, you WILL have to work for the points! Make sure you have good footwear as it can get very muddy, and in some places, flooded.

The wood is accessed from the A456, and parking is in Broadway Avenue, Halesowen (52.442173,-2.053424), then walking across the dual carriageway (BEWARE this is a very fast and busy road most of the day) to the style for the first in the series, 'Uffmoor 01: Do It In Style!'.

Hope you enjoy the walk as much as I have had deploying, there is plenty of wildlife for you to see, badgers, foxes and many species of birds, and if you go at night, you may see some field mice as I did when I was deploying 'Uffmoor 11: Stumped? U Will Be!'.

And remember, please treat the area with respect.
