Beware! There may be ... Ghosts!
_Netherton Tunnel Series
To ensure that you capture all the Munzee and stay safe in the tunnel, please follow these guidelines.
  1. You can start at either end, from #1 or #11. Keep the canal on your right-hand side and you won't go far wrong!
  2. IT IS VERY DARK IN THERE! Take a good torch and extra batteries!
  3. Please, please, keep a careful watch on your younger Munzaneers!
  4. Wellies or good waterproof boots ideal as some parts of the towpath are water logged. Oh, and a brolly in some places!
  5. Beware of cyclists and ... Ghosts!
  6. The tunnel is 2768 metres/9081feet long and will take approx. 3-4 hours to complete both sides.
  7. Take a camera - you WILL need it to take a picture of the Munzee, you WILL NOT be able to capture inside the tunnel, there is NO GPS signal!
  8. As there is no GPS signal, the clues for #1 to #10 will be added to #1, the clues for #11 to #20 will be added to #11, so don't forget to print a copy of #1 & #11!
  9. Once you reach daylight at the other end, use the pictures to capture that towpaths Munzee.
  10. Continue over to the other side and do the same again!
  11. Have fun!
