Follow these simple steps to get those app's onto your device;
- Go into the settings of your device and select 'Manage Applications', find the 'Market' app and click on it.
- Remove any data and updates for the 'Market' app.
- Return to the 'Home' screen and click on 'Market', or wherever you may have it.
- Agree to the T&C's, then download and install the app's you want.
You should find that they will now install without any errors being chucked back at you.
